Chatroom Problems

Over the last month or so, we have seen a number of problems within the chat area...due to pop-up ads delivered by our chat system provider.

These pop-up ads caused a number of problems within the chatwindow.

We have implemented a change this morning that appears to have fixed the problem.

Please notify us (via the 'Contact Us' page) of any pop-up ads you see within the chatroom.

If you do see a pop-up ad, please provide us with whatever information you spot, including a banner description, company name, URL destination, etc.

Hopefully the pop-up ad problem has been fixed, but if not, we need your help to zero in on any additional problem advertisers.

Please make sure you have at least one non-nude photo and/or Avatar that has been assigned specifically for the Chatroom.

The Chatroom option is in the photo assignment drop down menu.
